IT consulting company based out of USA with branches in HYD and Bangalore. Company is an young and upcoming company with a aggressive growth approach who is seeking for IT/Technical recruiters. Candidates should be willing to work from either Bangalore or Hyderabad location. Work hours are strictly to the USA business timings.
Qualification:
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with 1+ years of experience in Information Technology and IT staffing.
Or
Graduates with good communication skills who is interested in Technical recruiting.
Duties:
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites for a veriety of skill sets.
Assess the qualifications of the candidates to determine whether if they match the job requirements.
Review resumes of candidates submitting interest to open requisitions
Participate in interviews and integrate information gained about candidates with team
Negotiate, prepare and offer for the right candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
Develop and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, peers and candidates.
Work well in a team and support fellow team members towards a common goal of making placements, carry out background checks / reference checks / hiring paperwork.
