The master bedroom has a large bay window and queen size bed. French doors connect you to a quiet, cozy adjoining bedroom with a queen size bed.
Apartment is fully furnished, with full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
4th floor walk-up, no elevator, 3 flights of stairs.
All towels and linens, high speed cable Internet, TV and unlimited phone service.
Full heat and air conditioning as well a ceiling fan in every room.
3 NIGHT MINIMUM. $40 per additional person per night. Sleeps 6 people maximum.
NO SMOKING IN SIDE THE APARTMENT, PETS ALLOWED BUT WITH REGULATIONS.

Bathroom remodeled ( Bath tub, Shower and toilet ).
We own the apartment personally and we renting it directly (No Agent involve that’s why it’s cheap)
