An electrocardiogram is a painless way to diagnose many heart problems in people of different ages. This would be off safe procedure as there would be no risk during the time of the test because the electrodes would not produce as they would record the activity of the heart. If the ECG results would show normal there would be no other tests but if the results show abnormality you may need another test. This would be depending upon symptoms and signs. Before these electrode is done you’ll need to remove upper clothing and the chest needs to be cleaned and would be done only for a few minutes. This would be mainly used for suspecting the problem with the conduction system of the heart and also situations like when it comes to metabolic disturbances. ECG is the more professional tool for doctors in suspicion of abnormal heart diagnosis. This would be a regular checkup when people visit the doctor with chest pain and breathlessness.
