The combination of a built-n Adaptive Speed Control Software and high speed/torque DC servo motor provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wide tension range for high -speed precision winding.
It also features a built-in tension measurement system. The real time display of the tension value provides a clear and convenient way to observe the winding tension, aiding in better control of product quality.
The series operates with DC24V power supply, and comes with wire breakage detection.
