Job Description: Being a team member/manager, candidates are required to collect leads from the telemarketing team, schedule the appointment with customers, arrange for site visit, describe the project, finalize the commercial/deals and achieve the target. BDM’s can also go ahead with referral marketing, attractive incentives awarded with higher positions in short time. Job Responsibilities:  Generating clients database/leads  Booked customer references  Direct sales activities  Expo/Events participation Prospecting, Closing and Servicing:  Prospect clients for site visits through calling, email and off-site meetings  Create customized proposals for specific client needs  Close deals to achieve monthly targets  Post sales servicing for agreement execution, collections and query handling Job Requirement/Criterion: Educational Qualification - Any Graduate preferably MBA Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in handling high value/relationship-based sales, candidates with realty field background preferred.
